An Unexpected Update

The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit.

Things haven't gone the way I'd hoped or expected them to go. I was due to start my induction yesterday at my new job, but on Tuesday I got a call to say that there were two possible cases of COVID 19 in the home I'm due to work in. It's a hard blow because we need the money that this job will provide and now that I'm not sure of a start date, I'm stuck waiting, at home. Those in charge will give me a call with a new start date, once they're certain that the two cases aren't COVID 19. Hopefully they'll know early next week and will be able to get back to me. Its been a struggle within myself as I'm really looking forwards to starting work again.
